His forte lies in forging strategic alliances and heading the architectural division along with management of end-to-end process, which assists in the growth and development of the company. He is spearheading the execution part of the business at Buttepatil Properties. His areas of expertise include project management, on ground supervision, corporate planning and quality control. He heads the administrative division of the company and collaborates with the teams on the development and implementation of the company’s ongoing strategies and initiatives.
Under his leadership, Buttepatil Properties is also making a foray into efficient Business Process Management and Marketing initiatives. An M.B.A by qualification, Shantanu is committed to the mission of bringing the company to newer heights by serving the clients with passion and dedication.
